Insurance Companies

Below is a list of insurance companies that direct billing is offered for, however not all insurance policies allow direct billing. Contact your insurance company to see if massage therapy is covered and if a doctor’s referral is needed for coverage. Specifics such as how much is covered per treatment, if there is a deductible for the first claim, and if the payment goes to to the provider or the insured member varies between insurance policies.

Alternatively, a receipt can be emailed so that you can submit your own claim or to claim the remaining balance on a secondary insurance plan. Any balance owing must be paid the day of the treatment.

A consent form for electronic claims submissions is needed for Sun Life and insurance companies under the TELUS Health.
