“Massage therapy is a perfect combination of my passion to help others and my interest in the human body”

As a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy I use a wide range of techniques and knowledge about various health conditions to provide treatments specific to my client’s needs.

I focus on relaxing the nervous system and surrounding musculature in order to treat pain, stiffness, and injuries. Once the muscles are relaxed various techniques are used to address my client’s concerns and help improve their their physical and mental well-being.

Some treatments I have provided included treating scar tissue from surgeries (skin grafting, breast augmentation, C-section), lymphedema, high-risk pregnancy, car accident injuries, frozen shoulder, and TMJ dysfunctions.

I love empowering clients to understand their bodies, realize how everyday activities and posture are usually related to their aches and pains, and educating them on the benefits of massage and self-care. I believe that knowledge is important to improving overall well-being.

Techniques I use include:
● trigger point and myofascial release
● passive, dynamic, and static stretching
● proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)
● joint mobilization
● lymphatic drainage
● myofascial decompression (myofascial cupping)
