The techniques used release muscle tension, stimulate nerve endings, increase blood flow and lymph drainage.

Helps relieve chronic patterns of tension and pain in the deeper layers of muscle tissue and fascia by using deep pressure.
The techniques used target “trouble spots” and release the areas that are stuck together to increase blood flow to the area.
